Jawid Ahmad Baktash received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Computer Science from Kabul University at 2010 and South Asian University at 2013 respectively. He received his PhD. from the University of the Ryukyus in 2017 on Interdisciplinary Intelligent Systems Engineeing. He authored/coauthored more than 10 refereed publications in leading conferences and journals in several fields including distributed systems, deep learning, cloud computing and computational intelligence. He served as research assistant in the University of Ryukyus during his PhD. and delivered various seminars and workshop on Formal method integration with software engineering models, Could-based dynamic routing and feedback evaluation with Event-B. He received Best Paper Award from International Institute of Engineering & Research and from International Conference on Recent Innovations in Engineering and Technology, Kyoto, Japan. He is currently an Assistant Professor at the department of software engineering, Faculty of Computer Science, Kabul University. Furthermore, he is academic and technical advisor to the Ministry of Higher Education, Afghanistan.
